OnlyVans - Merlot

We had an amazing experience with this van and would absolutely recommend OnlyVans to other travellers. The van was fully equipped with everything you could need for a road trip. We didnt experience any issues during our travels, and the handover from the OnlyVans team was seamless. They were helpful, responsive, and always quick to get back to us when needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated that bed linen was provided, even though we had expected to pay extra. The van also included a lot of thoughtful extras like oil, salt, pepper, spices, tea, and coffee (not sure if these were provided or left by previous travellers, but they were very handy!). Everything worked well overall, the water pump had no issues, and the water tank capacity was great. It was also convenient to have the option for a quick shower, with very good water pressure. All utensils, pots, and pans were provided, which made cooking easy. A few things to note for future travellers: - There are no windows at the back, so if youre cooking inside, youll need to keep the door open for ventilation (careful when parked in an area prone to insects) - The coffee machine in the van didnt work - One of the blinds had a broken string, but it could still be rolled down manually - Theres no hot water, although the water pressure is excellent - The cigarette lighter/charging port wasnt working - There was an opened/missing bottle, which we replaced for the next traveller Overall, we had a beautiful trip that well always remember. We would definitely book with OnlyVans again in the future. Thanks for everything!!

We had the best time in WA over 8 days. Couldnt fault the van. So comfy to both drive and live with everything we needed.

Incredibly designed for the most comfortable ready to go van. Merlot was basically a mini modern apartment on wheels with everything we needed! Handover was extremely easy and the communication with Chris & Jonno was excellent. Mechanically the van was excellent too - felt very comfortable driving it up to Exy!

Such a great Van setup! Bed was super comfy, onlyvans was fab to deal with - prompt replys to questions and a smooth hand over process. Defenetly would hire again! Can't wait to next time!

A reasonable option for a tight budget. Be aware that there is nothing luxury about these self built vans, and comfort isn't high on the list. No ventilation or opening windows which isn't ideal for the Australian climate. No electric hook up, so you need to park in full sun to make use of the solar panel. The bed and driving position is only suitable for short people.

Jonathan was such a good communicator, from beginning to end. Checked in while enroute and responded very promptly when we had a readily rectified concern. The van drove very well and super comfortable. Exactly as described. Pick up and drop off very easy. My only comment would be bed bit short for anyone over 6 foot. Fantastic way to see the real southwest corner. Thanks and best of luck with your venture.

We had a wonderful roadtrip with Merlot and thoroughly enjoyed our time :) Communication and handover with Jonathon and Chris were excellent. There was one minor issue during our trip with the water pump for the sink which occasionally stopped working despite sufficient water in the tank, but we could fix that. We definitely recommend this Van and would love to come back

Loved the experience! I was a bit worried given first time driving a van but it was actually very easy to drive, just like a normal car. Fully equipped van allowed me to stay on Eco sites comfortably whilst emercing in nature. Jono is a wonderful owner, informative, friendly and attentive. This will be my go to camping choice going forward. Highly recommend!

The van was great.

Everything was awesome! The Van is really capable, easy to drive and well fit out. The Van is comfortable and perfect for any length of time. The only thing to note is that taller people will struggle to lay straight in the bed. Will definitely be re-booking Thanks!
