“My friend and I had a great time using the Riesling van for our 9 day return trip to Esperance from Perth. The communication from the owners was always timely and helpful when we were unsure of anything. The van was handed over to us in clean condition with no issues. Due to travelling in winter, it rained intermittently throughout our trip, and the van was fully equipped to do all cooking and cleaning entirely inside, its basically a mini home. There was power available 24/7 to charge phones, have lights on or use appliances. Being a young girl with not much experience driving bigger vehicles, I found the van very easy to drive with modern safety features and Apple CarPlay a great addition. Just few small things to note including the side door on the van would occasionally come unlatched when we were driving at high speeds, requiring us to pull over every now and then to re-close it. The double bed is on the smaller side, especially length wise, we are around 56 each and our feet were touching the wall when sleeping, so a taller person may struggle with this if its a longer trip. The passenger seatbelt is also faulty and hard to unbuckle. Despite the minor issues, we had a great trip in this van, with the owners making things run smoothly. We would highly reccomend using OnlyVans to hire a car for your WA trip.”

“I have to be honest. Having rented 3 campervans now, this was probably my least favourite. Having said that, OnlyVans were the best company Ive dealt with, super nice, relaxed, and very easy transaction. The van is just missing things, a long with some TLC. In 12 days we still didnt know how to open the van fully, when you try to lock/open it, only some of the doors lock/open so if we had a lapse in concentration on any of our days, wed of potentially lost some of our belongings due to it not locking properly with the key. The seal on the door is broke, not only does it let water in (luckily it only rained on the last night) the seal comes off everytime you use the cooker. That needs fixing, along with some new wiper blades and the handbrake, as you will roll on any slight incline. The speedometer is in an awkward place in the centre which cant be helped, but is somewhat difficult to see how fast youre going, along with fuel levels. A dust pan and brush would be really handy too, sponge and fairly liquid, things youd naturally expect a camper to have. On the plus side the van is very easy to use, the bed is a little tight, but comfy. Water tank and charging is great along with unlimited kms. It served us well in the grand scheme of things, just needs some love. Overall I would rate the van a 8/10. I would rent from only vans again, just a different vehicle :)”

“We had an amazing experience with this van and would absolutely recommend OnlyVans to other travellers. The van was fully equipped with everything you could need for a road trip. We didnt experience any issues during our travels, and the handover from the OnlyVans team was seamless. They were helpful, responsive, and always quick to get back to us when needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated that bed linen was provided, even though we had expected to pay extra. The van also included a lot of thoughtful extras like oil, salt, pepper, spices, tea, and coffee (not sure if these were provided or left by previous travellers, but they were very handy!). Everything worked well overall, the water pump had no issues, and the water tank capacity was great. It was also convenient to have the option for a quick shower, with very good water pressure. All utensils, pots, and pans were provided, which made cooking easy. A few things to note for future travellers: - There are no windows at the back, so if youre cooking inside, youll need to keep the door open for ventilation (careful when parked in an area prone to insects) - The coffee machine in the van didnt work - One of the blinds had a broken string, but it could still be rolled down manually - Theres no hot water, although the water pressure is excellent - The cigarette lighter/charging port wasnt working - There was an opened/missing bottle, which we replaced for the next traveller Overall, we had a beautiful trip that well always remember. We would definitely book with OnlyVans again in the future. Thanks for everything!!”
